Aseem Gupta brings over a decade of experience in the construction sector, delivering commercial and community-focused developments through disciplined project leadership. With a strong background as a Project Manager, he has led projects from early planning and consultant coordination through to construction delivery and handover.
His business and leadership foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering, postgraduate studies in Management, a Certification of Global Business Leadership (Harvard Business School), and the Managerial Excellence Program (Duke University).
He holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), and an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).
At Altos, Aseem holds a Victorian Residential Builder registration (DB-U) and a Victorian Commercial Builder registration (CB-L), enabling delivery across both residential and commercial works. Known for his structured approach, Aseem focuses on compliance, coordination, quality control, and long-term asset value—helping clients build with confidence.

Managing Director, DS ArchitectsAs the architect for Altos Construction, Peter Schreuder brings over 25 years’ experience in the design of homes and buildings, drawing on work across residential, healthcare, community and institutional projects where careful planning and attention to detail are essential.
Peter takes a considered, hands-on approach to design, creating spaces that are clear in their planning, comfortable to live in, and built to last. His work is guided by close attention to how spaces are used, how light and materials shape everyday experience, and how buildings sit within their surroundings.
Working directly with Aseem and the Altos team, Peter ensures each development is carefully designed and well resolved from the outset.
